CAMPAIGNS

Advocacy and Communications Campaigns. We support organizations in the design and execution of campaigns that defend immigrant rights and amplify community voices. By combining storytelling, policy briefs, digital outreach, and coalition-building, we help organizations engage communities, influence decision-makers, and connect policy goals with lived experience.

RESEARCH

Policy Research. We provide research and policy analysis tailored to immigration pathways, and community needs. From congressional vote tracking to program assessments to focus groups, we deliver insights that help organizations refine their approaches, strengthen their support services, and advocate effectively.

Community-Based Research. Our participatory research model works directly with immigrant communities to document lived experiences, barriers to status, and mental health challenges. This ensures that strategies and programs—such as support groups or outreach campaigns—are shaped by the people they are meant to serve, not imposed from the outside.

FACILITATION

Facilitation. We specialize in facilitating support groups, trainings, and multi-stakeholder dialogues that center immigrant voices. Our approach creates safe, confidential, and inclusive spaces that encourage trust, mutual support, and collective problem-solving—ensuring conversations have clear results in and next steps.

COACHING

Leadership Coaching. We support immigrant and allied leaders in developing the skills and self-awareness needed to supervise, mentor, manage diverse coalitions, and advocate with confidence. Coaching emphasizes communication, confidentiality, and resilience—preparing leaders to guide volunteers, members, staff and communities in difficult political climates.
